With no homes on-site, landscaping yet to begin and a price tag of £400,000.00, pre-selling Barton’s new prestige park sounded like a major challenge.

Nevertheless, with the help of a new identity, a TV campaign, a prestige launch in Bristol and some perfect autumn weather, we succeeded in helping Barton Park Homes to sell six homes off plan. Doubling the target for the event and getting the development off to a flying start.

Our involvement included meticulously planning the event in every detail. Neil’s attendance as a stand-in receptionist and part-time guide for the show home also appeared not to put the customers off!
