Barton Park Homes ran their first TV advertising campaign for three years, on SouthWest TV in June 2015. Timed to promote an open week, once again the weather was a crucial factor. With the airtime booked and the open weeks planned, there wasn’t a massive margin for error. The results of the 30-second commercial art directed by Jason on Spring Bank Holiday Monday, in Plymouth, have been fantastic. As the client put it “As you are probably aware the advert and open week were a great success and not only have we sold all the stock at both Bittaford Wood and Glenholt but we have pre-sold 4 empty and up-coming plots. This is a great position as it creates urgency from buyers but also shows what a desirable product we have”.

The TV script was written by Neil and we managed the whole campaign, including all the necessary clearances and permissions, plus monitoring Google analytics to measure its impact.
