Seascapes is a brand new residential park, overlooking the Bristol Channel, due for completion in Summer 2017. For the first time ever, the Barton Group decided to launch the park and pre sell the homes before the park was started. Working with Barton’s South West Area Sales Manager we created an identity for the park and then meticulously planned the launch event at the prestigious Cadbury House Hotel in Congresbury.

Our involvement included buying and creating the TV campaign, event planning, writing presentations, developing all the banners and displays for the 3 day premiere, and designing personalised invitations as well as all the information packs needed to ensure customers could buy off plan, with confidence.

A real life, fully fitted park home was displayed in the car park and after three days and 8 presentations the sales target of one home per day was hit twice over.
