Awards are a great way of gaining PR exposure, profile raising, motivating employees and networking at presentation events. We have been able to persuade Joice and Hill to overcome their initial reluctance to get involved in awards, and this latest win is a great accolade for both the company and Josie. We managed to keep it secret right to the end, even producing a dummy newsletter as a cover up!
