Part-Time Administrator/Office Manager

A leading Huddersfield marketing consultancy requires an experienced part-time administrator/office manager.

Responsibilities will include; ensuring all financial and administration files are up-to-date, creating formal quotes, invoicing and purchase orders, insuring stationary and janitorial supplies are fully stocked, as well as general office duties and credit control.

You will be highly numerate, as accuracy and attention to detail are vital, as well as proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Hours and days are flexible, based on 3 days per week.

Location: Media Centre, Huddersfield.

Driving license required.
