Successful Seascapes Launch
A TV campaign, written and produced by Blacksmith has delivered an unparalleled string of sales at Barton’s prestigious new park at Seascapes.

Following years of challenging development at the park, which overlooks the Bristol Channel, the installation of the first show home triggered the TV campaign.

The response to the campaign drove a surge of visitors to the web site, and provided Sales Manager Gregg Millar with a rota of back to back, individual appointments.

Both Managing Director Charlie Barton Junior and Gregg were “absolutely delighted” by the sales.
